Dans chaque \u00e9pisode, une personne parle de son exp\u00e9rience du stress. Katia Sauthier, psychologue du travail et consultante sur le site stressNOstress.ch, donne des conseils sur la mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer le stress dans les diverses situations illustr\u00e9es. En outre, des personnes qui se sont trouv\u00e9es dans une situation similaire dans le pass\u00e9 prennent la parole. \u00ab\u00a0Z\u00e9ro Stress\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 par Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse et Sant\u00e9Psy dans le but d&rsquo;aider les personnes \u00e0 faire face au stress et \u00e0 ses cons\u00e9quences.
